Advantage Point Group, Inc. is looking to add a General Construction Manager / Owners Representative for a position at an industrial plant in Hutchinson, MN to oversee a large new stormwater collection system and permanent water treatment system project.
Responsibilities
As an Owners Rep you are liaison between engineering & construction contractors, overseeing contractors on site to ensure they are performing tasks safely and compliant with the contract. The Owners Rep's role is to oversee contractors performing work in accordance with the guidelines and specifications of the Owner and oversee permitting procedures. You will NOT be the performing the maintenance and physical labor.

Requirements
- 12 years previous experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial work required.
- Experience with stormwater or water treatment systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills & computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.
- Must have the ability to deal with political aspects of a large corporate environment.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Start June 30th, 2025.
- 9-hour days. Weekend work is not planned but possible.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $112K to $135K ($50-$60+ per hour) depending upon previous experience and qualifications. A typical work week is 45 hours per week. Overtime is expected. Not eligible for per diem. Local candidates encouraged to apply.
